摘　　要：在对非标设备生产特点及其业务流程分析的基础上,提出系统的功能结构,建立非标设备物料清单(BOM)和关系型数据表的映射关系,设计了数据库结构,最后对系统进行开发,实现了非标设备BOM信息的高度共享以及生产全过程的动态管理,提高了非标设备制造企业生产管理水平,并为其进一步地管理改进提供决策支持。Based on analyzing the characteristics and the business process of non-standard equipment production,presents function structure of the system,establishes mapping relationship between non-standard equipment BOM and relational data table,designs database structure,and finally develops the system.This system achieves the high level of non-standard equipment BOM information sharing and the dynamic management of the entire course of production,increases the level of production management in non-standard equipment manufacturing enterprise,and provides decision support for its further management improvement.
