摘　　要：分析知识主张和知识主张评价的概念,探讨知识主张评价在知识管理中的作用和地位,提出知识主张评价的三种方法,即管理式方法、企业式方法和开放式方法,并对三种方法进行详细的比较和论证。认为需要持续关注知识管理中的知识主张评价,通过深入的理论和实践研究提高对它的认识。The paper analyzes the concepts of knowledge claim and knowledge claim evaluation（ KCE）, explores the knowledge claim evaluation＇s status and role in knowledge management, and points out and compares three knowledge claim evaluation approaches, Manogement KCE organyzation KCE and openning KCE. The author thinks that continuous monitoring of knowledge claim evaluation in knowledge management is required.
