摘 要:重庆江北国际机场航站楼主楼单索幕墙结构面积近10 000m2,并且一侧长度达到180m。其索网的支撑结构体系较柔,索网幕墙体系超长,给设计和张拉施工方案的制定都带来了较大难度。将屋面钢结构体系与幕墙结构体系整体建模,两者之间通过耦合实现水平联系,同步加载进行结构设计,以此考虑屋面钢结构对幕墙体系的影响。进行了超长幕墙结构体系跨越下部结构伸缩缝的受力分析,并得出由于柔性结构很强的变形适应能力,下部结构伸缩缝不会对幕墙结构体系产生破坏作用的结论。拉索幕墙的张拉方案必须与设计思路相互一致。对该超长单索幕墙张拉方案的原则也进行了介绍。The area of single-layer cable-net curtain wall of the main airport building of Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport is about 10 000m2,whose length for one side is 180m.The supporting structure system for the cable-net is flexible,and the curtain wall is over-length,which brings difficulties to the design and pre-stress construction plan.The whole model including roof steel structure and curtain wall system was established,and the relationship between roof and curtain wall was realized through horizontal coupling.The curtain wall structure was designed by loading synchronously on the whole model,which can consider the influence of the steel roof on the curtain wall system.At the same time,the force analysis of over-length continuous curtain wall system across the expansion joints of substructure was carried out.The conclusion is made that the curtain wall system will not be damaged by continuous design because of the adaption to deformation of flexible structure.The pre-stress construction plan must be in accord with the design concept.The principles of pre-stress construction plan from design angle were also introduced.
