摘　　要：在浦东大酒店改造工程设计中应用了体系加固设计思路,采用防屈曲耗能支撑技术,使结构满足现行的抗震设防要求,而且有效减少了结构加固的工作量,缩短了施工工期。介绍了组合加固技术、锚杆静压桩基础加固技术在浦东大酒店改造工程中的应用,以及各种节点构造、大跨钢雨篷结构等内容。During the structural design of reinforcement and reconstruction for Pudong Grand Hotel,design idea of system strengthening was adopted and buckling-restrained brace（BRB） system was used to make the structure meet the requirements of the current code for seismic design effectively,and to reduce the number of structure members which have to be reinforced,so as to shorten the reconstruction time.Combined strengthening method and static-pressing pile foundation with anchor bolts strengthening method used in Pudong Grand Hotel were introduced.In addition,joint construction and large-span steel canopy were presented.
