摘 要:从蒸压加气混凝土成型机理及基本特性出发,对《墙体材料应用统一技术规范》(GB50574—2010)中有关蒸压加气混凝土砌块的吸水率、收缩性能与抗压强度三者之间的关系、碳化系数、软化系数、抗冻性指标、抗酸侵蚀性以及自承重墙中蒸压加气混凝土砌块最低强度等级要求等提出了一些看法。指出规范GB50574中存在碳化系数、软化系数、抗冻性指标要求偏高,而最低强度等级要求偏低的问题,同时提出了相关的建议。In the light of forming mechanism and basic characteristics of autoclaved aerated concrete(AAC) blocks,some point of views on Uniform technique code for wall materials used in buildings(GB50574—2010) were put forward,concerning the relations between water absorption,shrinkage performance and compressive strength,as well as the indexes of carbonization coefficient,softening coefficient,frost-resistance,the acid erosion-resistance and the minimum strength grade of AAC blocks used on non-load-bearing walls.It is presented that the required indexes of carbonization coefficient,softening coefficient and frost-resistance seem to be high value in code GB50574,while the requirements of minimum strength grade are too low.At the same time,several relational suggestions were proposed.
