摘　　要：从伦理的角度,介绍了基于伦理视角的图书馆社会责任的涵义,分析了图书馆社会责任的三个特征,提出最大程度地做好文献信息的服务工作、促进馆员个性和技能的发展、延伸公益性活动的范围是图书馆社会责任建设的主要内容,以期对图书馆承担社会责任提供参考。From ethics angle, this paper introduces implication of the library social responsibility based on ethics angle, analyzes the three characteristics of the library social responsibility and proposes that completing the works of the information service in the greatest degree,promoting the librarian development of individuality and the skill, extending the scope of the public welfare activity is primary coverage of the library social responsibility construction , to provide the reference to the library social responsibility.
