摘 要:为使Zn-Ni合金镀层中Ni含量更稳定,镀层耐蚀性更好,以碱性锌酸盐为基础镀液,加入多胺聚合物(ETA)和酒石酸(C_4H_6O_6)配位剂、苄基嗡盐辅助剂和多胺合成缩聚物光亮剂进行光亮Zn-Ni合金电镀。研究了2种配位剂对Zn-Ni合金共沉积、Zn-Ni合金镀层电化学行为的影响;运用小槽(1 000,2 000,5 000 mL)电镀试验、Hull Cell试验确定了各操作条件对合金镀层中Ni含量的影响。结果表明:体系稳定,操作方便,工艺参数变化对合金镀层中Ni含量影响不大,Ni含量稳定在10%~15%(质量分数);Zn-Ni合金镀层比单一Zn镀层耐腐蚀性更好,在未钝化条件下,电化学溶解的峰电流降低20 mA以上,而腐蚀峰电位的起始点滞后150 mV。Two kinds of complexing agents with good performance(ETA and tartrate) as well as auxiliary agent(benzyl carboxylate) and brighter (polycondensate of polyamine) were introduced into basic zincate solution to prepare electroplated bright Zn-Ni alloy coating with improved corrosion resistance and stable Ni content.The effects of the two kinds of complexing agents on the codeposition and electrochemical behavior of Zn-Ni alloy coating were investigated, and the effect of electroplating parameters on the content of Ni in as-electroplated Zn-Ni alloy coating was examined based on small cell electroplating test and Hull cell test.Results suggest that as-established electroplating process is robust and easy to operate. Variation of plating parameters had minor effect on the content of Ni,and Ni content was stabilized within 10%~15%.Zn-Ni alloy coating possessed better corrosion resistance than Zn coating. Namely,under non-passivated condition,the electrochemical dissolution peak current of Zn-Ni alloy coating was 20 mA lower than that of Zn coating,and its initial peak corrosion potential was delayed by 150 mV.
