摘  要:为了得到性能优异的纳米TiO_2-Ni基复合电刷镀层,通过正交试验研究了镀镍液中纳米TiO_2颗粒含量、刷镀电压等因素对纳米TiO_2-Ni基镀层性能的影响。通过锉削试验、骤冷骤热试验、划痕试验定性表征了纳米TiO_2-Ni基镀层与钢基体的结合性能,并运用扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱仪(EDS)分析了纳米TiO_2-Ni基镀层的表面形貌和成分。结果表明:镀液中纳米TiO_2颗粒浓度和刷镀电压2个因素对镀层性能影响显著,镀液初始温度影响不大,纳米TiO_2含量10 g/L,刷镀电压10 V,镀液温度30℃时,制备的纳米TiO_2-Ni基镀层显微硬度和耐蚀性能最优,与基体结合良好,无起皮、剥落;复合镀层显微硬度较单独快速镍镀层有很大提高,由于纳米颗粒起到硬质点作用使其承载能力强,复合镀层经500℃热处理后显微硬度仍不低于360 HV;纳米TiO_2-Ni基电刷镀镀层组织比快速镍镀层的组织细小且致密,晶粒显著细化;复合镀层中含有较高含量的Ti元素。Nano-TiO_2/Ni composite coating was prepared by brush plating.The influence of nano-TiO_2 content in plating solution as well as voltage and initial temperature of the plating solution on the properties of TiO_2-Ni coating was studied by orthogonal test.The adhesion strength of as-obtained nano-TiO-2/Ni composite coating to Ti alloy substrate was qualitatively evaluated based on filing test,shock-cooling and shock-heating test,and scratch test.The morphology and composition of the composite coating were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectrometry.Results show that the content of nano-TiO_2 in the plating solution and brush electroplating voltage have significant effects on the properties of the coating,while the initial temperature of plating bath has minor effect.The composite coating obtained at voltage of 10 V, nano-TiO_2 content of 10 g/L and bath temperature of 30℃possessed the highest hardness and best corrosion resistance as well as good adhesion strength to the substrate.Due to the good load-carrying capacity of hard TiO_2 nanoparticles,as-obtained nano-TiO_2/Ni composite coating had a much higher microhardness than electro-brush plated Ni coating,and retained microhardness of as much as of 360 HV after being heat-treated at 500℃.Besides,the composite coating had finer and more compact microstructure than the Ni coating,and contained significantly refined particulates and a higher content of Ti.
