摘 要:为了弄清NdFeB磁性材料表面化学镀Ni-Cu-P合金初期形核过程及机制,研究了不同时间化学镀Ni-Cu-P合金层初期形核过程、形貌和组织结构特征。结果表明:初期沉积过程具有明显的择优倾向和不均匀性;Ni和Cu原子并非以单个原子的形式沉积于基体表面,而是还原后在固-液界面处形成原子团在基体表面高能量区域优先沉积形核,然后以不规则的形态长大直至覆盖基体表面,形成晶态镀层。Cailiao Baohu 2011,44(10),29~31(Ch).The initial nucleation process of electroless Ni-Cu-P alloy coatings deposited on NdFeB permanent magnet at various plating durations as well as the morphology and composition of the coatings was investigated so as to reveal the nucleation mechanism of the alloy coatings.It was found that Ni-Cu-P alloy coating showed obvious orientation and non-uniformity at the initial stage of deposition.Ni and Cu atoms were not deposited on the surface of the substrate in a mode of individual atom deposition.Actually,they were reduced to form atomic clusters at the solid-liquid interface,followed by preferential nucleation and deposition at substrate surface locations with high energy.Resultant preferentially nucleated and deposited atomic clusters then grew up in an irregular manner until crystalline coating was formed to cover all over the matrix surface.
