钝化膜不产生六价铬的三价铬彩色钝化工艺

摘  要:镀锌件三价铬彩色钝化液对环境污染小,但是三价铬钝化件,特别是彩色钝化件,在空气中放置一段时间后会出现微量的六价铬,影响了三价铬钝化液的应用与推广。为此,研究了一种新型的镀锌件三价铬彩色钝化液,探讨了工艺参数对钝化膜外观和耐蚀性的影响,结果表明:该钝化液形成的钝化膜耐蚀性好,经过144 h的中性盐雾试验不产生白锈,放置60 d钝化膜中无六价铬产生。Trivalent chromium passivation fluids have low pollution to environment.However,a small amount of hexavalent chromium is usually generated in the trivalent Cr coating after it is stored in air for a certain period of time,which limits the extended application of trivalent chromium passivation fluids in industry. Therefore,a novel trivalent chromium iridescent passivation fluid was developed.The influence of various technical parameters on the surface appearance and corrosion resistance of the passivation coating was investigated.It was found that the passivation coating prepared from the newly developed passivation fluid possessed excellent corrosion resistance and was free of white rust after 144 h of neutral salt-spray test.Furthermore,no hexavalent chromium was detected in the passivation coating after 60 d of storage.
