摘 要:目前制备Ag-AgCl参比电极的方法复杂,电极性能也不稳定。首次用涂敷法制备了Ag-AgCl参比电极:分别以水溶性的丙烯酸乳液和乙烯-聚醋酸乙烯乳液作为粘合剂,将AgCl微粒粘结在Ag电极表面制成Ag-AgCl参比电极。结果表明:2种Ag-AgCl参比电极的稳定性良好,使用寿命较长,均能满足使用要求;其中,以乙烯-聚醋酸乙烯乳液为粘合剂制成的Ag-AgCl电极的温度系数更小、使用寿命更长、稳定性更好。Ag-AgCl reference electrodes were fabricated by adopting coating method.Thus water-soluble acrylic acid emulsion and ethylene-polyvinyl acetate emulsion were separately used as adhesives to adhere AgCl particulates onto the surface of Ag electrode,generating Ag-AgCl reference electrodes.The performance of as-prepared Ag-AgCl reference electrodes was examined. Result shows that Ag-AgCl reference electrodes prepared with the assistance of the two types of adhesives both have good stability and extended service life,meeting with the requirement for use.Particularly,the Ag-AgCl reference electrode made in the presence of ethylene-polyvinyl acetate emulsion as the adhesive possessed a smaller coefficient of temperature,a longer service life and better stability.
