摘  要:生物降解高分子作为一类重要的生物医用材料而被广受关注;脂肪族聚酯则因所具的许多优良性能而更已成为研究和应用最多的一类生物降解高分子。本文通过78篇参考文献,回顾和小结了化学研究所为改进脂肪族均聚酯亲水性、降解速率、生物相容性等方面所存在的缺陷而开展的本体改性工作。文中报道了采用共聚和共混改性而形成的新脂肪族聚酯高分子,以及改性后聚酯高分子所呈现的新性能和新功能。通过对脂肪族聚酯的本体改性,既提高了脂肪族聚酯的性能,又增加了脂肪族聚酯的品种,可为不同生物医学应用的需要提供更多可被选择的生物降解高分子材料。Biodegradable polymer has been widely paid attentions based on it became an important bio-medical material. And aliphatic polyester has become greatly studied and widely applied biodegradable polymer because of its fine properties. Based on consulting of 78 references, the research works in Institute of Chemistry, CAS on bulk modification of aliphatic homo-polyesters, which aimed to improve disadvantages of the polymers on hydrophilicity, degradation rate and bio-compatibility etc were summarized and reviewed. In the paper some new aliphatic polyesters, which produced by copolymerization modification and blending modification,and some new characters and performances of the modified aliphatic polyesters were reported. Therefore, after aliphatic polyester undergone bulk modification not only performances of the aliphatic polyester have enhanced, but also the number of aliphatic polyesters has increased. It is benefit to supply more biodegradable polymers for selection of various biomedical applications.
