摘　　要：低碳技术是低碳经济发展模式的支撑因素,其创新和应用是低碳经济发展的核心。在技术需求与技术供给矛盾下,低碳技术创新在中国显得尤为迫切。市场、技术和政策支持方面的动力因素对中国低碳技术创新有着较强的驱动作用,但面临着技术风险、市场失灵、路径依赖和锁定效应以及国际低碳技术转让障碍等一系列障碍。必须正视各种障碍,加速推进中国低碳技术的创新。Innovation and application of low carbon technologies are the cores and support factors of low carbon economy.Under the contradiction between enormous demand and short supply,low carbon technology innovation is exigent in China.Although dynamic factors in market,technology and supportive policies can promote low carbon technology innovation to a certain degree,the innovation is still facing many obstacles in China,including barriers of technical risks,barriers of market failure,barriers of relying on the path,lock-in as well as barriers of international technology transfer.Only envisaging the obstacles can we accelerate the progress of low carbon technology innovation in China.
