摘　　要：根据新疆煤炭产业集群发展现状,通过GEM模型得出其产业集群的竞争力低于国内平均水平的现实,并据此构建了新疆煤炭产业集群竞争力影响因素的评价指标体系,运用层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)和专家意见相结合的方法计算出各指标体系的权重,并对影响新疆煤炭产业集群竞争力的因素进行分析,得出了新疆煤炭产业应利用煤炭储量丰富的优势发展轮轴式等产业集群的结论,并提出了促进新疆煤炭产业集群发展的建议。Based on the current situation of coal industrial cluster development in Xinjiang,through the GEM model,the paper obtained the result that its competitiveness is below the national average level,and accordingly built an evaluation index system of competitive influencing factors.By using Analytic Hierarchy Process（AHP）,and combining expert advice,the paper calculated the weight of each indicator system and analyzed the factors affecting the competitiveness of coal industry cluster in Xinjiang.The paper concluded that Xinjiang coal industry should make use of its advantages of abundant coal reserves to develop wheel-type industrial clusters.The paper also put forward proposals to develop coal industrial cluster in Xinjiang.
