摘　　要：介绍了用消失模铸造工艺生产直列四缸柴油发动机气缸体的工艺过程。包括泡沫模样的制作、模具的设计、泡沫模样的组装、型砂的选择及造型、浇注系统的设计等几个方面。与传统的普通砂型铸造相比,其铸件单体重量减轻约10%,铸件重量精度达到MT7级,铸件尺寸精度达到CT8级。The lost foam casting process for the cylinder block of inline four-cylinder diesel engine was presented,including the manufacture of foam patterns,design of dies,assembling of the patterns,selection of molding sand,design of gating system,and so on.Compared with the conventional sand casting,the weight of a single casting was reduced by 10%.Its weight accuracy reached MT7,and the dimension accuracy reached CT8.
