摘　　要：在全球企业追求转型升级的背景下,地矿企业的信息化建设重要且迫切。提升竞争优势是企业信息化建设的目标,依据波特提出的信息技术与企业竞争优势关联的理论观点,本文从数字矿山、地矿企业管理信息系统、电子政务三个方面阐述了地矿企业信息化建设与竞争优势的关联机制,进而提出了地矿企业信息化建设的多通道途径。It is vital and emergent of mining firms to build information system in the global trend that firms are pursuing transformation and upgrading.Taking competitive advantage enhancement as apurpose,the paper analyzes interrelated mechanism of informatization and competitiveness of mining firms from digital mine,management information system and electric government administration aspects based on Porter＇logic,and paths of informatization for mining firms are discussed.
