摘 要:采用加铝定氮的方法,稳定地控制了钢中酸溶硼的含量。分析了中碳硅锰钢调质处理前的轧制状态、不同的热处理或热加工对调质处理后钢中硼的分布及冲击性能的影响。结果表明,不同的热加工历程,对调质处理后钢中硼碳化物在晶界的偏聚析出和钢的冲击性能都有不同程度的影响。说明为提高硼在钢中的均匀化程度,一方面要在工艺许可的范围内选择较高的热加工温度,另一方面油冷等淬火快冷方式能够避免硼碳化物的沿晶偏聚析出。The acid-soluble boron content in the steel was stably controlled by the method of adding aluminum to fix nitrogen.The rolled state of the steel before quenching and tempering processing and the effect of different heat treatment or thermal mechanical processing on distribution of boron in steel and their impact toughness were analyzed.The results show that different thermal mechanical processings have effects in various degree on the segregation and precipitation of boron carbide along the grain boundary and impact toughness after quenching and tempering processing.It is proved that in order to enhance the degree of uniformity of solid solution of boron in steel,two steps should be taken,the one is to control a higher thermal mechanical processing temperature within the permit processing scope,on the another hand,the fast cooling method such as oil quenching can avoid the segregation and precipitation of boron carbide along the grain boundary.
