摘  要:研究了高性能电力铁塔角钢Q460TE的冲击性能,讨论了晶粒度、合金成分与轧后冷却等对其冲击值的影响。结果表明,相同轧制工艺,微合金含量高的角钢性能好,屈服强度都在460 MPa以上;对于小规格的角钢,变形量大,冷却速度快,当Nb+V含量较高时,析出物数量相对较少,而基体固溶含量相对增加,从而导致角钢的性能有所下降。在成分设计时应选择合适的微合金量。The impact property of high-performance angle steel Q460TE was studied,the influences of the grain size,alloy composition and cooling after rolling on impact values were discussed.The results show that the property of the angle steel with high micro-alloy content is better under the same rolling process,and the yield strength is more than 460 MPa.For the small angle steel with large deformation and fast cooling speed,when the content of Nb+V is high,the precipitatation is relatively less,and the solid solution in matrix is relatively more,then the impact property decreases.It's important to choose appropriate micro-alloy content when designing the chemical composition.
