摘  要:简述了线路钢轨感应加热、吹风加喷雾两段冷却淬火工艺和道岔AT尖轨轨头感应加热、全吹雾淬火工艺的优缺点。提升和优化了客运专线道岔60D40尖轨轨头中频感应加热、全吹风冷却的SQ工艺。诸如改进了轨头用加热感应器;设计并采用全吹风通用冷却器装置;实现了在线测温及主要工艺参数由PLC触摸屏显示、储存;采用了预弯反变形技术与装置以减少尖轨最终变形。客运专线道岔60D40尖轨热处理后形状检验与性能试验表明,特征断面的加热层形状、硬化层深度、硬度及其分布、显微组织、跟端变形段包括热影响区段表面硬度及其分布、轨头试样拉伸和轴向疲劳性能、轨底中心纵向残余应力,以及线面形位公差等各项质量技术指标,均满足TB/T 1779—1993《道岔钢轨件淬火技术条件》、铁科技[2005]135号《客运专线道岔制造验收暂行技术条件》等要求。The advantages and disadvantages of induction heating and blowing plus fog spray quenching process of rails,and induction heating and fog spray quenching process of AT switch rail head were outlined.Moreover,medium frequency induction heating and all blowing slow quenching(SQ) process of 60D40 switch rail head for PDL was improved and optimized.For instance,inductor for rail head was improved;blowing device was designed and adopted;temperature was measured online and key workmanship parameters were displayed and stored on PLC touch screen;bending deformation technology and device were adopted to minimize the deformation of the switch rail.After heat treatment of 60D40 switch rail of turnout for PDL,the geometry and properties examination demonstrate that the heating layer shape,hardened layer depth and hardness distribution,microstructure,heel deformation and surface hardness and distribution of HEZ,expansion of rail head sample,axial fatigue performance,longitudinal residual stress at the center of rail base and line surface and form tolerances fully meet the requirements of TB/T 1779—1993 "Quenching Technique Conditions of Turnout Rails and Railway Science and Technology",No.[2005]135"Manufacture and Acceptance Interim Technique Conditions of Turnout for PDL."
