摘 要:目的探讨新型医用金属材料氟化镁涂层镁合金的可降解特性和体内促进新骨形成的生物特性。方法制备氟化镁涂层AZ31B镁合金(MgF2/AZ31B)并植入大鼠股骨与肌肉间,检测体内MgF2/AZ31B材料表面的成骨效应,观察MgF2/AZ31B的微观结构,评价MgF2/AZ31B在体液环境中的降解行为。结果植入后1周,MgF2/AZ31B镁合金材料周围未见明显炎性细胞浸润;植入后4周,材料周围出现大量成骨细胞及新生骨组织;MgF2/AZ31B镁合金在动物体内降解更为均匀、缓慢,第26周时降解率为20.68%,较AZ31B镁合金(33.70%)明显降低。结论 MgF2涂层显著降低在体内AZ31B材料周围组织的炎性反应,植入早期促进AZ31B表面的新骨形成,并延缓AZ31B基体的降解速率。MgF2/AZ31B有望成为新一代可降解医用金属材料。Objective To investigate the osteogenesis and degradation of AZ31B alloy treated by fluoride-magnesium (MgF2/AZ31B) in vivo. Methods MgF2/AZ31B implants were made and implanted into the femur and muscle of rats. Osteogenesis on the surface of MgF2/AZ31B was tested. Microstructure of MgF2/AZ31B was observed by scanning electron microscope. In vivo degradation of MgF2/AZ31B was evaluated. Results No inflammatory cell was observed in tissues around MgF2/AZ31B implants. Many osteoblasts and newly born bone appeared 4 weeks after implantation. Compared with naked AZ31B,degradation of MgF2/AZ31B was slower and more reguFar. In the 26th week,about 33.70% of naked AZ31B was degraded while 20.68% of MgF2/AZ31B was degraded. Conclusion MgF2 coating can reduce the inflammatory reaction around AZ31B matrix in vivo,accelerate the formation of new bone on the surface of implants in the early period after implantation and slow the degradation rate of AZ31B matrix. MgF2/AZ31B was hopeful to be a new kind of biodegradable medical material.
