Effect of Group Psychological Counseling on Improving Automatic Thoughts and Coping Styles of the First-year Medical Undergraduates

摘  要:目的评估团体心理辅导对改善大一医学生自动思维模式及行为应付方式的效果和作用。方法采用自动思维问卷(ATQ)和应付方式量表(CSS),在团体心理辅导前、后,分别对干预组和对照组大一医学生进行2次评估,比较2次问卷评估结果的差异。结果在2次自动思维问卷评估中,干预组及对照组团体心理辅导前、后得分均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。应付方式问卷评估中,团体辅导后干预组自责因子得分显著降低(P<0.05),求助因子得分显著增加(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义,其余因子得分无统计学差异(P>0.05);对照组团体辅导前、后应付方式问卷评估各因子得分均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论团体心理辅导能够显著改善学生的自责、求助等应付行为,而对其他应付行为及自动思维的改善不明显。Objective To evaluate the outcome and effect of group psychological counseling on improving automatic thoughts and coping styles of the first-year medical undergraduates. Methods The automatic thoughts questionnaires (ATQ) and coping style scales (CSS) were used. Evaluations were conducted twice for the first-year medical undergraduates in the intervention group and control group respectively before and after the group psychological counseling, and the results were compared. Results No significant difference was tound between the scores of automalic thoughts before and after group psychological counseling either in the intervention group or in the control group ( P 〉 0.05 ). However,in the intervention group,scores of "self-reproach" of the coping style scale decreased (P 〈 0.05 ) and the score of "seeking for help" increased significantly (P 〈 0.01 ) after the group psychological counseling. There was no significant difference in all the factors of the coping style scale in the control group before, and after the group psychological counseling (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Group psychological counseling can significantly improve some coping behaviors such as self-reproach and seeking for help, but has no obvious effect on improving other coping behaviors and automatic thoughts.
