摘　　要：就治疗慢性乙型肝炎中成药的现状从品种分类、治则功效、治疗方向、作用机理及其靶点以及毒副作用等几方面进行了归纳分析,认为将临床对CHB行之有效的名医、经验效方开发为成药制剂而广泛应用于临床是对传统中医精粹的最好继承和发扬;并提出统一CHB中成药的治则分类,明确治疗的主导方向,规范药物说明书内容及其表述,加强制剂工艺改进,提高质量控制标准,进一步明确发挥作用的有效部分和有效成分,完善药理、毒理研究资料,揭示并阐述药物作用机制的微观靶点等,将有助于CHB中成药研发领域及临床应用的规范化、标准化,并使其产品逐渐走向国际化。This article analyzed and summaried the present situation of traditional Chinese medicine on CHB from the variety classification,treatment and effect,treatment mechanism and target as well as the poisonous side effect of the famous doctors for the CHB Effective decoction development for patent medicine in clinical is the best inherits and development of TCM;and to make uniform rule of patent medicines,clear main treatment directions,standard content of drug instructions,strengthen the preparation technology improvement,improve the quality control standards,further clarify the role of the effective parts and active ingredients,improve the pharmacology,toxicology data,reveal and explain the mechanism of micro-targeting drugs,will help CHB patent medicines development and clinical application standardization,making the products gradually globalized.
