摘　　要：文章从肺脾生理病理特性、燥湿邪气致病特点、侵袭以及体质、地域、季节在肺燥脾湿证形成中的影响几个方面,深入阐述了咳嗽之脾湿肺燥证的发病特点、证候特征及用药规律。并通过列举典型病案加以映证。文章最后提出致病邪气对于不同的脏腑的易感性,也因脏腑自身的生理特性而决定,深刻认识脏腑生理特性及不同邪气对脏腑的易感性是临床辨治复杂病证的重要前提。The article described deeply the onset characteristics,syndrome characteristic and using drugs regularity of Syndrome of Spleen besieged by dampness and dryness invaded Lung in several aspects as follows：The physiological and pathological characteristics of Spleen and Lung;the characteristics of dryness and dampness;the influence of stitution and seasons,climate on pathogenesis.And its conclusions were verified by enumerating concreted medical record.Finally,the article put forward that the physiological and pathological characteristics of Zang and Fu determined the susceptibility of pathogenic evils on viscera.So,the important premise of diagnosis and treatment of complicated disease and syndrome was to deeply understand the physiological and pathological characteristics of Zang and Fu.
