补血益气、凉血解毒中药治疗狼疮性面部蝶形红斑的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:研究补血益气、凉血解毒中药治疗狼疮性面部蝶形红斑的临床疗效。方法:50例系统性红斑狼疮伴面部蝶形红斑的病例按病情、性别、年龄均衡后分为西药组(23例)、中药组(27例),分别采用硫酸羟氯喹+泼尼松、中药+硫酸羟氯喹+泼尼松治疗3月,分别于治疗1、2、3月后评价疗效。结果:治疗前后组内比较:中药组治疗第1、2、3月皮损积分、狼疮活动指数、血沉、补体C3、补体C4、泼尼松用量较治疗前有显著性差异(P<0.05),有效率分别是81.5%、85.2%、85.2%。西药组治疗1个月后各指标较治疗前均无显著性差异(P>0.05),有效率57.5%;治疗2月后皮损积分、狼疮活动指数、泼尼松用量较治疗前有显著性差异(P<0.05),有效率65.2%;治疗3月后皮损积分、狼疮活动指数、血沉、补体C3、补体C4、泼尼松用量较治疗前有显著性差异(P<0.05),有效率78.3%。两组组间比较:中药组和西药组比较,治疗1个月后皮损积分有显著性差异(P<0.05),有效率X2=1.972,P=0.160;治疗2月后皮损积分、狼疮活动指数、补体C3有显著性差异(P<0.05),有效率X2=1.653,P=0.199;治疗3个月后所有指标均无显著性差异(P>0.05),有效率X2=0.279,P=0.597。Objective：To study the efficacy of tonic therapy、invigorating vital energy、cooling blood and removing toxic material Chinese herb in treating lupus facial butterfly erythema.Methods：50 patients with lupus facial butterfly erythema were randomly allocated to 2 groups： prednisone in combination with hydroxychloroquine sulfate×3 months（western medicine group） or Chinese herb in combination with prednisone、hydroxychloroquine sulfate×3 months（Chinese herb group）.Parameters of prior-treatment and post-treatment were analyzed respectively.Results：Before treatment all parameters compared among the 2 groups P0.05.Significant decreases of integral skin lesions,lupus activity index,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,prednisone dosage and increases of complement C3,complement C4 were observed in Chinese herb group after 1 month treatment and in western medicine group after 3 months treatment.efficient rate of 1,2,3 months of treatment were 81.5%,85.2%,85.2% in Chinese herb group and 57.5%,65.2%,78.3%in western medicine group.Conclusion：
