补肾活血方对肾性骨病大鼠肾功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察中药补肾活血方对肾性骨病大鼠肾功能的影响。方法:通过3/4肾切除法复制肾功能衰竭大鼠模型,分为中药组(补肾活血方)、阳性对照组(盐酸贝那普利片)、模型组、假手术组。灌胃给药3个月后,取血清测定生化指标;取左侧胫骨,双能X线吸收法测定骨密度;取右侧胫骨,光镜下观察病理改变。结果:补肾活血方能够影响肾性骨病大鼠血清钙和碱性磷酸酶水平,改善肾功能,减轻骨组织病理改变。结论:补肾活血方对肾性骨病大鼠有良好的治疗作用。Objective：To investigate the effect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction against renal osteodystrophy（ROD） in rats.Methods：Rats model of renal osteodystrophy was made by 3/4 nephrectomy.Then ROD rats were divided into 4 groups at random,namely Bushen Huoxue Decoction group,positive control group,model group and normal group（n = 10）.All rats were orally administered for three months.At the end of the experiment,all rats were sacrificed and samples were prepared.Serum biochemical indexes and bone density were detected respectively.In addition,pathological changes in shankbone were examined by optical microscope.Results：Compared to the model group,Bushen Huoxue Decoction group affected the levels of serum Ca and ALP in ROD rats significantly.Administration of Bushen Huoxue Decoction improved the renal function and alleviated pathological histology of ROD rats.Conclusion：Bushen Huoxue Decoction may have a good curative effect on ROD rats.
