摘　　要：科技成果作价入股已经成为科技成果转化的重要方式。在调研的基础上,分析了我国大学、研究机构科技成果作价入股的现状及存在的问题,介绍了美国大学科技成果作价入股的经验,提出促进我国技术入股机制健康发展的建议。Science .and technology achievements appraised as capital stock has become an important pattern of transformation of scientif- ic and technological achievements. On the basis of investigation, this study analyses the situation and problems in stock of equity in the Chinese universities and research institutions, introduces science and technology achievements shareholding experience in U. S. universities, and then put forward countermeasures to promote the development of technology investment mechanism in China.
