摘 要:本文以国产水雾化低合金钢粉FJSY200.30为研究对象,进行混合粉的制备和温压致密化机理研究。采用了一种粘结化处理混粉工艺,制备温压混合粉。实验表明,这种混合粉比常规干混工艺制得的混合粉,有明显的优点,可以提高粉末的流动性、填充性和热稳定性,室温压制和温压压制的压坯密度和压坯强度得到提高,特别是温压压制,更为明显。通过分析温度变化对润滑剂润滑性能的影响,探讨了温压成形提高压坯密度的原因。Warm compaction powder was prepared by bind-treatment mixing process using water atomized low alloyed steel powder FJSY200.30.Warm compaction behavior and sinter-hardening process of the mixed powder was investigated.Result shows that the mixed powder has significant advantage compare with the powder made by commondry mixing method which has a higher powder flowability.filling ability and thermal stability.The green density by room-temperature pressing especially by warm compaction is increased and the mechanism of green density gained from warm compaction is investigated by analyzing the effect of temperature on property of lubricant.
