摘 要:通过技改建立卫生纸厂与牛卡纸厂间梯级用水系统,牛卡纸厂用卫生纸厂排放的废水代替清水分别对牛卡纸的面层、衬层、芯层及底层进行实验室抄纸实验,研究废水对牛卡纸的紧度及抗张强度等物理性能指标的影响,探讨梯级用水的可行性;在此基础上进一步进行了中试试验,结果表明,两纸厂之间的水系统可以梯级利用。A water reusing system was established between a tissue paper mill and a kraft paper mill, the influence of kraft paper sheet properties was studied through replacing its fresh water with tissue paper discharge water both in laboratory and in mill scale experiments. The results showed that kraft paper sheet properties were improved on most properties and others weren't changed. The feasibility of water reusing between the two mills was obtained successfully and the further work can be done to save water.
