摘　　要：针对螺旋挤浆机或斜螺旋输送机设备出现的堵塞故障问题,提出利用变频器负载转矩变化自动调速的解决方案,包括设备故障成因分析及利用变频器根据负载转矩变化自动调速解决故障的理论分析,介绍了实际应用变频器的控制线路。For solving the problem of blocking faults taked place in pulp screw-presses or inclined conveyors in paper-making, this paper puts forward a solution that automatic speed-regulation is done by making use of frequency-converters by the variation of load-torque. Among this paper the reason-analysis of the machine faults and theoretical analysis of that automatic speed-regulation is done by making use of frequency-converters, as well as the the practical control circuit is introduced.
