摘　　要：以山西省保德县电力供应为研究对象,对电力市场分时竞价与分段竞价进行比较,对双边分段竞价市场的运作机制,包括了分段竞价的报价过程、制定报价曲线、竞价规则、市场出清模型及最后的定量计算进行了分析。最终得出双边分段竞价电价策略较适合我国目前的电力市场改革,可使电力供应在经济与技术上和发电侧与需求侧的利益上达到双赢。By taking the power supply of Baode County in Shanxi Province for example,hourly bidding was compared with block bidding, and the operation mechanism of the block bidding market was analyzed,which including bidding process, making bidding curve ,bidding rules and maeket clearing model, and the final quantitative calculation. Results showed that the price strategy of bilateral block bidding is more suitable for current power market reform, and makes the power supply in economic and technology and the interests in generation-side and demand-side abieve double wins .
