摘 要:随机选取76个浅海远岸水域浮筏养殖的体型规则的2龄栉孔扇贝测定其壳宽、壳长、壳宽、总干重,计算相关系数,采用通径分析方法计算了以贝壳性状为自变量对总干重作依变量的通径系数、决定系数及相关系数,对各性状的影响大小进行剖分,明确影响远岸水域浮筏养殖的栉孔扇贝总干重的主要外部形态性状。结果表明:所测各表型性状与总干重之间的相关系数均达到极显著水平(P<0.01);壳长是主要影响因素,通过与壳高的协同作用影响总干重;所选表型性状对总干重的回归系数R2=0.737,表明所选性状是影响体重的主要性状。利用逐步回归分析方法建立以壳高、壳长、壳宽为自变量估计总干重的多元回归方程:Y=-39.582+2.977 X1+2.061 X2+11.181 X3。Shell height (X1), Shell length (X2), shell width (X3), and body dry weight ( Y ) of each of 76 two-year-old Chlamys farreri individuals were measured.The samples were randomly collected from offshore area.The correlation coefficientmatrix was calculated.The preceding 3 shell characters were used as independent variables, and body dry weight was used as a dependent variable for path analysis,path coefficients, determination coefficients and correlation index were calculated, and major morphometric attributes determined.The results showed that all the correlation coefficient between each independent variable and dependent variable(body dry weight)were significantly different (P〈0.01).The shell length was the key effective factor and exhibited its effect on the body weight with shell height.The value of multiple correlation index R2 at 0.737 between morphometric and body dry weight suggested that the selected attributes were practical.The multiule recession ecmation relatinz the body dry weight was established as follow :Y= -39.582+2.977 X1+2.061 X2+ 11.181 X3.
