摘　　要：基于改善工人劳动条件,提高产品的加工精度,最大限度地降低设备故障率,对C6132普通车床数控化改造的重要内容电气部分作了设计,该设计是C6132普通数控车床正常工作的基本条件,是不可或缺的重要内容。改造完成后通过试车调试和产品交付使用,产品的加工质量和生产效率得到了较大提高,完全满足了生产及批量生产的要求,车床加工满足了设计的所有功能,设备运行稳定、可靠,提高了车床的生产效率及产品的加工精度,达到了预期的目的。Based on improving workers＇ working conditions, improve product precision, minimize equipment failure rate, the paper numerical control lathe C6132 important transformation of the electrical part of the design that is CNC lathe C6132 common basic conditions for normal work, is essential to the content. Transformation is complete debug and test the product through delivery, product quality and processing efficiency has been greatly enhanced to fully meet the requirements of production and mass production, lathe processing to meet all the features of the design, equipment, stable, reliable, and improve a lathe production efficiency and precision products to achieve the intended purpose.
