摘　　要：服务经济已成为当今世界经济发展的主要趋势,现代服务业的兴旺发达是现代经济的重要特征,在对湖南发展现代服务业的基础进行分析后,指出了湖南着力发展现代服务业的目标、区域重点与行业重点等,探讨了如何破除在观念、体制、人才、产业融合等方面制约现代服务业发展的"瓶颈"之对策。Service economy has become a major tendency in the development of the world economy. The prosperity of modem service industry is one of the major characteristics of modem economy. After analyzing the basis of developing Hunan modem service industry, the article points out the goals, regional focus and industry focus, and countermeasures of developing modem service industry in Hunan, and it explores countermeasures to eliminate bottlenecks of restricting its further development
