基于Oracle JDeveloper的蒙古文数字图书馆的应用

摘　　要：针对蒙古文是全球惟一从上到下、从左到右的书写、阅读格式,对国内外蒙古文机读目录的研究进行分析,提出了蒙古文机读目录与汉字统一编目规则、统一存储、统一检索,以Unicode编码的UTF-8字符集为基础,通过J2EE开发平台,在微软IE8浏览器支持下,实现了符合传统蒙古文机读目录的显示和查询,解决了传统蒙古文长期游离在中文机读目录数据库之外的状况。According to Mongolian which is the only global writing reading formats from top to bottom and from left to right,we analyzed machine-readable catalogue research from domestic and foreign Mongolian,Put forward to Mongolia machine-readable catalogue and Chinese unified cataloging rules,Unified storage,Unified retrieval On the foundation of the UTF-8 encoding Unicode character and Using the J2EE development platform,Under the support with the Microsoft IE8 browser according with traditional Mongolian machine-readable catalogue displaying and querying,we solved the status of traditional Mongolian outside Chinese machine-readable catalogue database.
