摘 要:以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚醚多元醇(PPG-220)、聚醚多元醇(PPG-210)、环氧树脂(E-51)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)等为主要原料,合成了一系列环氧树脂改性的水性聚氨酯(WPU)乳液。探讨了环氧树脂加入量和硬段含量对乳液和膜性能的影响。通过傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、耐化学品及拉伸测试,研究了改性树脂的结构、耐化学品性和力学性能;通过热重(TG)分析研究了聚合物膜的热性能。试验结果表明:一定量的环氧树脂改性可以明显增大聚氨酯的耐水性,且对提高聚氨酯硬段的热稳定性有帮助;随着体系硬段含量的上升,涂膜的吸水率增大,聚合物的耐热性降低。Series of waterborne polyurethane (WPU) dispersions were prepared with isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), poly- ether polyol ( PPG - 220), polyether polyol ( PPG - 210), epoxy resin ( E - 51 ) and dimethyopropionic acid (DMPA) as the main materials. And then the influence of amount of epoxy resin and hard segment on properties of prepared waterborne polyure- thane emulsion and film was discussed. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, chemical resistance and tensile test were used to characterize the structure, chemical resistance and mechanical properties of the modified WPU. The thermal property was studied by thermogravimertric (TG) analysis. The experimental results show that the water resistance is improved greatly by defined amount of E -51 which also contributed to hard segment thermostability. As hard segment content increased, both the water resist- ance and thermostability of WPU decreased.
