摘　　要：目的用成人心理弹性量表在陆军样本中进行测量并对其信效度进行检验。方法采用成人心理弹性量表(resilience scale for adults,RSA)、心理弹性量表(Connor-Davidson resilience scale,CD-RISC)、症状自评量表(symptomcheck list,SCL-90)对2 000名官兵进行抽样调查。结果①通过探索性因素分析,RSA量表保留了25个题目,包括4个因子(个人能力、家庭凝聚力、社会支持、社会能力)。②RSA各因子之间相关显著,相关系数在0.409～0.546之间;各因子与量表总分相关显著,相关系数在0.694～0.901之间;RSA各因子分及总分与CD-RISC量表各因子分及总分显著正相关(r=0.471～0.752,P<0.01),与SCL-90总分显著负相关(r=-0.546～-0.349,P<0.01)。③验证性因素分析支持了假设的四因子模型,与实测数据拟合良好。结论 25个题目的陆军心理弹性量表具有良好的信度和效度,适合用于测量陆军的心理弹性。Objective To develop a resilience scale for adults for Chinese army and examine its reliability and validity.Methods A sampling survey consisting of resilience scale for adults（RSA）,Connor-Davidson resilience scale（CD-RISC） and symptom check list（SCL-90） was conducted in 2000 military personnel enrolled by sampling.Results ①Twenty-five items of RSA were retained based on the results of exploratory factor analysis,including four factors of personal competence,family cohesion,social support and social competence.② RSA factors were significantly correlated with each other,and the correlation coefficient ranged from 0.409 to 0.546.There was also a significant correlation between RSA factors and total score;and the correlation coefficient ranged from 0.694 to 0.901.The RSA scale correlated positively with CD-RISC（r=0.471 to 0.752） and negatively with SCL-90（r=-0.546 to-0.349,P0.01）.③ Confirmatory factor analysis proved that the measured data fitted well with the hypothesized four-factor model.Conclusion The RSA of 25 items for Chinese army possesses good reliability and validity,and can be applied to evaluate the army＇s mental resilience.
