城市转型中新加坡CBD的演化及其启示

摘　　要：在全球化背景下,新加坡充分利用CBD的规划和建设,不断进行城市转型,奠定了其在全球性的城市网络中的重要节点地位。本文研究新加坡城市转型过程中CBD的演化历程,着重剖析CBD发展背后的经济和政策因素。结论显示,CBD的演化是城市转型的空间反映,我国在促进城市转型发展的过程中,应高度重视CBD的规划和建设,并改变传统的CBD规划思想和现有的城市公共空间开发、管理制度,加快CBD向CAZ的转变。In the context of globalization, Singapore takes full advantage of CBD planning and construction, therefore promoting urban transformation, becomes an important node in the global city network. This paper studies the evolution of CBD in Singapore during the process of urban transformation, and analyzes the economic and policy factors behind the development of CBD.The findings suggest that the evolution of CBD is the space reflection of city transition. China should attach great importance to the planning and construction of CBD in promoting city transition, speed up the transformation of CBD to CAZ by changing traditional ideas in CBD planning and the existing development and management systems in urban public space.
