肠内、肠外营养在食管癌术后患者临床应用中的对照研究

摘　　要：目的通过对肠内营养(EN)和肠外营养(TPN)在食管癌术后早期应用,探讨EN应用的疗效。方法 120例食管癌手术的病人随机分为两组,分别为肠内营养组(实验组)和肠外营养组(对照组),各60例,两组营养支持均等热量、等氮量,通过术后的体重、肛门排气时间、住院天数等结果进行比较。结果两组患者体重均下降,但肠内营养组下降少于肠外营养组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后肛门排气时间及平均住院天数也早于肠外营养组(P<0.05),而肠内营养组血浆白蛋白下降的数值明显小于肠外营养组(P<0.05)。结论食管癌术后早期给予EN支持方法是有效可行的,它既满足了患者每日的营养需要量,减少了静脉输液量和卧床输液时间,减轻了患者的负担,具有良好的社会经济效益。Objective Through to the enteral nutrition（EN） and parenteral nutrition（TPN） in patients with esophageal early postoperative,this paper discusses the application of application effect.EN.Method 120 cases of esophageal cancer surgery patients were randomly divided into two groups,for pha-stimulated（group） and pha-stimulated lymphocyte proliferation were restored bowel（control group）,each 60 cases,two groups of nutrition support equal quantity of heat,nitrogen,through the postoperative weight,anal exhaust time,total hospital results were compared.Results Two groups of patients weight decreased,but pha-stimulated down less than bowel pha-stimulated lymphocyte proliferation were restored,the difference have no statistically significant（P0.05）,postoperative anus and average exhaust time in hospital and earlier days in the intestinal pha-stimulated lymphocyte proliferation were restored（P 0.05）,and pha-stimulated plasma albumin down the numerical obviously less than bowel pha-stimulated lymphocyte proliferation were restored（P0.05）.Conclusions Esophageal cancer early postoperative give EN support method is practicable and effective,it will not only satisfy the requirements of patients daily nutrition,reducing the amount vein infusion and stay in bed for infusion time and reduce the burden of patients,has the good social and economic benefits.
