漂浮的公交绿岛:扬州古运河线性文化遗产的景观复兴策略

摘　　要：线性文化遗产指"在拥有特殊文化资源集合的线形区域内的物质和非物质的文化遗产族群,往往是出于人类特定目的而形成的重要纽带"。中国大运河在时间上延续数千年、空间上贯穿南北地区,具有明显的线性文化遗产特征。然而,城市化进程的加速给大运河沿线的文化遗产保护和两岸居民的思想观念、生活方式等带来了极大冲击。当下,对大运河线性文化遗产的保护存在着一系列的误区,如片面、点状、单学科的保护模式盛行,旅游开发只注重经济利益等,致使很多的保护措施仅仅停留在"纸上",无法落到实处,大运河正在一天天远离普通人的日常生活。扬州古运河是大运河线性文化遗产中最典型的一段,本文以扬州古运河穿城段为例,针对古运河被"古董式保护"并逐渐冷清的现状,从景观的角度入手,尝试采用漂浮的公交绿岛模式来实现古运河的景观复兴,希望为中国大运河保护模式的创新提供可借鉴的思路。Linear Cultural Heritage（LCH） is defined as a collection of cultural resources within the region linear or strip of materials and intangible cultural heritage groups,which is often formed for the purpose of human-specific important linkage.China′s Grand Canal has lasted for thousands of years,and passed through most areas of China,from south to north,spatially.It is one of the most distinctive LCHs.However,urbanization has brought tremendous impacts on heritages and living styles along the Grand Canal.Today,Protection of LCHs in China has been misled to wrong directions such as point-like protection,single-discipline,and focus only on economic interests.This paper chooses the Ancient Canal across Yangzhou City as an example.According to its ＂antique-style protection＂ status,the author tries to use a Green Floating Vehicle,a landscape approach to achieve the revitalization,which could provide innovative thoughts for the protection of other similar areas.
