低碳生态城市信息监管体系构建及发展研究

摘　　要：低碳生态城市是以低能耗、低污染、低排放为标志的节能、环保型城市,是一种在生态环境综合平衡制约下的全新城市发展模式。本文在低碳生态城市信息监管现状和原因分析的基础上,依据低碳生态城市监管系统的监管功能,构建"三合一"的低碳生态城市信息监管平台,并提出相应的管理与发展对策推进低碳生态城市发展。Low-carbon eco-city is defined as an energy-saving city with low power consumption,low pollution and low emissions.It is a new model for city development under the constraints of the ecological environment balance.The paper analyzes the status quo and causes of low-carbon eco-city information regulation.It constructs ＂three in one＂ low-carbon eco-city information monitoring platform based on the regulation functions of system.Finally,we suggest some policies to promote low-carbon eco-city management and development.
