摘  要:采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)分别测定了抗冲改性剂MBA、ACR对CPVC凝胶化性能的影响,综合力学性能、耐热性能时CPVC/MBA和CPVC/ACR共混物进行了系统研究。结果表明:MBA、ACR的加入均能极大地提高CPVC的凝胶化度,相同的改性剂含量下,共混物的凝胶化度差别不大;MBS、ACR均能大幅提高共混物的冲击强度,MBS用量3~6份、ACR 6~9份对CPVC的增韧效果较好,MBS为3~6份时共混物的性能更优,成本更低,但ACR的耐候性制品优于MBS的。The gelation degree of CPVC with different amount MBS or ACR were studied by DSC, and the mechanical properties and heat resistance were all tested. The experiment results showed that both MBS and ACR could all effictively improve gelation degree of CPVC and with the same modification agent content,degree of CPVC blends were little, difference. The optimum dosage of MBS with 3 -6 parts and ACR with 6 -9 parts had good toughening effects on CPVC. Blends with MBS 3 -6 parts was more superior and more cost-effective,while for weatherability products ACR was betterr than MBS.
