摘 要:采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)研究了YS-688对乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)/等规聚丙烯(iPP)合金的非等温结晶行为的影响,并通过偏光显微镜(PLM)观察了iPP的结晶形态。研究结果表明:加入POE后,iPP的结晶峰值温度变化不明显,但相对结晶度(X_t)提高6.6%;加入YS-688后,iPP的结晶峰值温度从115.3℃提高到132.4℃,且X_t提高了7.4%;当同时加入YS-688和POE,X_t提高了8.2%,可见YS-688对iPP/POE合金结晶具有明显的促进作用。The influence of α nucleating agent YS-688 on nonisothermal crystallization behavior of isotaetic polypropylene (iPP)/Polyethylene-octene (POE) alloy was studied by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). The crystal morphology of the iPP in alloy was observed under a polar light microscope (PLM) with heating platform. The results showed that after addition of POE, the relative crystallinity of iPP was increased by 6.6 % , but the peak temperature had no obvious change. The relative erystallinity of iPP was increased by 7.4 % and the crystal temperature of iPP was improved from 115.3 ℃ to 132.4 ℃ after the addition of α nucleating agent YS-688. When the YS-688 and POE were added into iPP simultaneously,the relative crystallinity of iPP was increased by 8.2 %. These results confirmed that the α nucleating agent YS-688 could induced crystallization of iPP/POE alloy obviously.
