摘 要:研究了MI为20、40、80 g/10 min 3种LDPE对色母粒MI和流变性能的影响,分析了色母粒MI、流变性能与着色力、分散性的关系。结果表明:3种LDPE含量相同,其MI越高色母粒加工流动性能越好。色母粒着色力和分散性随高熔指LDPE含量增加而增加,然后下降。3种LDPE相比,MI为40 g/10 min的LDPE更适合,其制备的色母粒着色力和分散性最好。当其含量为42%时,色母粒着色力和分散性最好。The melt index and rheologieal properties of color masterbatch were investigated with three different kinds of LDPE which MI was 20,40,80 g/10 min. The relationship of tinting strength and dispersibility of color masterbatch between melt index and rheology was analysed . The result showed that the processability of color masterbatch was better when adpoted higher MI among three kinds of high MI LDPE. And tinting strength and dispersibility of color masterbatch also changed with the content of high MI LDPE' change, but then decreased. Among the three LDPE, the M1 value of 40 g/10 min prepared LDPE masterbatch' tinting strength and dispersibility was good. And the content was 42 % ,it was the best.
