摘  要:研究微胶囊红磷(MRP)和聚苯醚(PPO)复合阻燃剂对高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPA)材料力学性能的影响,并用抗冲击改性剂ABA及AEBA对高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS)/微胶囊红磷(MRP)/聚苯醚(PPO)无卤阻燃材料的抗冲击性能和阻燃性能进行优化。结果表明:MRP和PPO的加入均会使HIPS体系的冲击性能下降,抗冲击改性剂ABA及AEBA的加入改善了无卤阻燃HIPS的悬臂梁冲击强度,且对材料的阻燃性没有影响,制得增韧改性后的无卤阻燃HIPA材料具有优异的阻燃和力学等综合性能。The effect of micro-capsulated red phosphorus and polyphenylene oxide complex flame retardant on mechanical properties of high impact polystyrene(HIPS) had been studied, and the impact resistance and flame retardation of anti-impact modifier SBS and SEBS to HIPS/MRP/PPO halogen-free flame retarded materials had been optimized. The results showed that impact property of HIPS decreased because of the addition of MRP and PPO, but the impact strength improved a lot due to resistant modifier SBS and SEBS with no effect to flame retardant. The modified halogen-free flame retardant HIPS had many excellent performances on flame retardation and mechanical properties.
