摘　　要：为合理制定仔猪的免疫程序,用正向间接血凝试验研究了仔猪母源抗体消长规律。结果表明:仔猪出生后1～28d血清抗体水平较高,其中7～14d血清抗体水平最高,保护率达到了100%,14d以后血清抗体水平降低,42d时血清抗体保护率已经降到了55%。在仔猪28日龄断奶的猪场,若不进行超前免疫,30日龄是较佳的首免日期。The dynamics of maternal antibody against classic swine fever （CSF） of piglets was studied by indirect hemagglutination test. The results showed that the level of antibody was high- est at 7--14 day after the born and the protection ratio was 100%. The antibody began to reduce since 14 day and reduced to 55% at 42 day. Pigets weaning at age of 28-day-old,30-day-old was the best primary immunity date of the non-ultra-pre immunity.
