邯郸地区奶牛附红细胞体病的流行病学调查

摘　　要：应用血液压片镜检法和血液涂片染色法,对邯郸地区奶牛附红细胞体病进行了检测,旨在了解奶牛附红细胞体在邯郸地区的感染率和奶牛发病情况。结果表明:邯郸地区犊牛的附红细胞体感染率最高,为62.3%;其次是泌乳牛,为52.6%;青年牛最低,为48.2%。整体上奶牛附红细胞体病发病率不高,泌乳牛、青年牛、犊牛的发病率分别为1.9%、0、9.2%,平均为3.8%。由此证明,邯郸地区奶牛附红细胞体的带虫现象比较普遍。垂直传播是奶牛附红细胞体感染的途径之一。The infection rate and instance of E. wenyoni in Handan region were investigated by adopted the pressure drop microscopy method and blood smear staining method. The results showed that the positive infection rate of E. wenyoni in calf,producing milk cow,and youth cow were 62. 3%0,52. 6%,and 48.2%, respectively. However, the average attack rate of the disease was only 3.8 %, the attack rate of producing milk cow, youth cow, and calf was 1.9 %, 0,9.2 %. The positive infected cow can infect calf before born. These data indicate that the infection of E. wenyoni in Handan region exist in a wide range.
