摘  要:采用紫外分光光度法测定了兽药盐酸沙拉沙星可溶性粉中盐酸沙拉沙星的含量。在酸性介质中,曙红B与盐酸沙拉沙星因静电引力作用形成复合物,发生红移现象,与曙红B相比,其最大吸收峰红移了23nm。试验考察了介质浓度、染料用量、离子强度、表面活性剂等因素的影响,结果表明:当盐酸浓度为0.01mol/L、曙红B用量为1.0mL时,盐酸沙拉沙星在2.5~25mg/L范围内线性关系良好,检出限为0.3mg/L,相对标准偏差为1.4%,曙红B与盐酸沙拉沙星的最大结合数为1。In the acidic medium,Eosine B and Sarafloxacin hydrochloride formed the compound by electrostatic attraction and the maximum absorption wavelength of the complex has the "red shift" of 23 nm. So presently the content of sarafloxacin the veterinary drugs was determined by the spectrophotometric method. The effects of Hydrochloride concentration, dyestuff dosage,ion intensity and surfactant were investigated and the results showed that when the hydrochloric acid concentration is 0.01 mol/L and the dosage of eosine B is 1.0 mL the absorbency and concentration of sarafloxacin hydrochloride present a good linear relationship in the range of 2.5-25mg/ L. The detection limit was 0.3 mg/L. The relative standard deviation was 1.4% and the biggest union number of Eosine B and sarafloxacin hydrochloride was 1.
