摘　　要：信息主导警务是警务信息化发展的重要趋势,众多警务信息系统的应用给公安工作带来便捷和高效,但是作为警务活动核心的执法人员间的高效沟通往往被很多警务信息系统所忽视。文章介绍了结合J2ME和J2EE技术设计并实现的移动值班信息查询系统。运行结果显示该系统功能合理,操作简便,能够满足一线民警实战中人员实时召集、联系和沟通的需要。Information leading police affairs is an important trend of police information development, the application of many police information systems brings convenience and efficiency for police affairs. However, as the core of police activities, the efficient communication between law enforcement officers is often neglected by many police information systems. We introduce a mobile duty information query system designed and developed by combining J2ME and J2EE technologies. The running result shows that the system is of reasonable functions and easy to operate, it can meet the needs of front-line police officers in practice for real-time summoning, contacting and communicating.
