摘　　要：本文结合江苏"十一五"时期档案信息化发展的实际,从总体思路和工作重点两个角度对"十二五"时期江苏档案信息化的发展趋势和工作走向进行了研究,提出通过推进数字档案信息资源、数字档案信息资源开发利用和数字档案信息资源安全保障三大体系建设,形成国家公共档案馆结构合理、网络健全、管理有效、服务便利、覆盖全社会的现代档案管理和服务体系的政策性建议。Based on the practice of Jiangsu archival informationization during ＂the 11th Five-year Plan＂,the article researched on the development trend of it during the ＂the 12th Five-year＂ from two aspect,the overall development ideas and work focus.The author put forward a policy suggestion that how to establish a national public archives with reasonable structure,perfect network,effective management, convenient service,modem management and service system by advancing the establishment of digital archival information resources system,the utilization system and the security system.
