摘 要:重庆赵家坝低品位铝土矿属沉积型铝土矿床,矿石含Al2O3 57.12%,SiO2 10.64%,TFe 9.78%,S 0.036%。铝硅比为A/S=5.37。矿石中的一水硬铝石与黏土矿物的胶粒集合体的工艺粒度较粗,0.1mm以上粒级含量达到80.82%,因此对矿石采用粗磨入选较为有利。针对该矿石性质进行了磨矿分级选矿、擦洗-脱泥方案和选择性磨矿-粗、细粒分级-正浮选工艺方案的对比试验研究,结果表明,选择性磨矿-粗、细粒分级-正浮选工艺方案较优,该方案最终可获得精矿铝硅比8.23,精矿Al2O3品位62.66%,回收率91.42%的技术指标。The low-grade bauxite of Zhaojiaba in Chongqing is a sedimentary deposit containing 57.12%Al2O3,10.64%SiO2,9.78% TFe and 0.036%S.The ration of Al to Si is 5.37.The process size of the aggregate of diaspore and clay mineral is relatively coarse,among which the content of more than 0.1mm reaches 80.82%.Therefore,rough grinding processing is a good way for this ore.Aimed at properties of this ore the technological schemes of grinding and classification,scrubbing-desliming,and selective grinding—classification of fine and coarse particles—direct flotation were adopted.The results indecate that the process flow of selective grinding—classification of fine and coarse particles—direct flotation is the best one,which can obtain a concentrate with the ration of Al to Si as 8.23,the grade of Al2O3 as 62.66% and the recovery of Al2O3 as 91.42%.
